#1. How soon should I book the date?
We recommend booking your date as soon as you have it selected. Since we do book up fairly quickly. Even if you can’t decide on final cake design, you can still reserve the date, and then we can finalize your details as we get closer to the big date.
#2. Is there a deposit?
We require a 50% non refundable deposit to book your wedding day and price, a contract needs to be sign when your order, Balance needs to be paid in full 30 days before the event day. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing
#3. When is the final payment due?
The cake must be paid for in full no later than 30 days prior to delivery of your cake.
#4. How much do you charge for cakes?
Each cake is designed and decorated differently and the charge is based on the amount of time involved in the decoration like sugar flowers, specialty flavors, special shapes etc. Please contact us for your specific cake inquire if you have a picture email it. Each cake tier can be a different cake and filling flavor with same icing if you would like to have more than one flavor in your cake.
#5. What is Rolled Fondant?
Fondant is a sweet sugar dough consistency looks very smooth like porcelain, can be tinted any color. Choosing to have your cake covered in Fondant is like icing your cake twice, first there is the layer of Buttercream then the fondant.
#6. Do you offer tastings?
We do offer tastings for weddings cakes for more than 30 people by appointment only.
Most appointments are made during business hours, Tuesday through Friday, Saturday we are busy finishing and delivering the cakes. We try to accommodate everyone, so please contact us and we will make every effort to work with in your schedule please email us to book it.
We offer a sampler platter PICK UP for a take home or we will deliver to your hotel if we're closed, cost is $20.00 includes 10 different cake flavors with 10 fillings and 4 icing separated to mix and match flavors.
#7. Can I make changes to my cake once the order has been placed?
Changes can be made 30 days before the event date
#8. Can I bring a cake design I saw from the Internet or a magazine?
Of course you can! We are often asked to recreate design that our costumers have seen elsewhere.
#9. Would you add a tier of Styrofoam to my wedding cake to make it look larger?
There is actually no cost saving when creating a cake with fake and real tiers in it, because of the time consuming is the same as decorating a real cake.

#10. Can you work with my Budget?
Yes, if you have a budget please let us know and we can work with you to design something within your budget as long as your budget is reasonable.

#11. Do I get my deposit back if I cancel my order?
All of our cakes are custom made and we only take a limited amount of cakes a week. If you cancel your order you may loose your deposit. Or we may issue you a credit for another order to be use within 6 months. It will be to our discretion.

#12. Is my cake going to be enough for everyone?
Our serving size are based on 1 1/2” by 3 1/2" slices, if you would like bigger slices you have to order a bigger cake.


- Two tiers ROUND: The Smallest serves 20-25 people or bigger tiers for up to 60 servings
- Two Tiers Square: The smallest serves 35-40 people or bigger for up to 90 servings
- Three tiers Round: The smallest serves 50 people or bigger tiers for up to 100 servings
- Carve 2D, 3D Shaped Cakes: 20 servings Minimum order

#13. Can we pickup the cake?
Yes you can pick up at our store front 218 Whitehead St #4, Key West, FL 33040 during business hours.
